Black tea is rich in polyphenols and flavonoids that have anti-cancer effects which reduce the risk of heart disease. It also has a beneficial effect on the digestive system, is rich in vitamins, mainly B2, C and E and is a source of minerals such as magnesium and zinc that have a positive effect on hair and skin health.
Preparation:
Pour in a cup some boiling water, a teabag and let it rest for 3-5 minutes.
Add sugar or honey as wished.
Store in a dry and cool place.
