Orders and shipping
For orders sent by courier the delivery time is 1-2 days. For orders sent by a transport company, the delivery time varies depending on the place of delivery.
I select the “My Account” field and then the “Register” field. I fill in my details and my password and press Register.
I select “My Account” and then in the shipping address I select “Edit”. I change the address details I want and then select “Save”.
Once the order has been placed, you will receive an informative email with its progress as well as a shipping number with which you can track the progress of your order from the moment it has been sent by us.
Your card information will not be saved after you use it, and for your future purchases, you will need to repeat the data entry process to complete your order.
Sales tax is calculated for retail customers, for wholesale users it’s calculated in your shopping cart, while in the case of a foreign customer it’s calculated according to the laws of each country.
We ship throughout Greece, Cyprus, and Europe.
The number of parcels you will receive depends on volume f your order. However, it does not further affect the shipping costs incurred during the purchase completion process.
If you need to change an item
Returns and replacements
In this case you can return the product that is wrong, and you have the option to resend the correct product, without incurring shipping costs or a refund which will be made within 14 days of receiving your return.
There are products which, as they state in their description, are sent at the customer’s responsibility. For other products, in this case please contact us by sending an email and we will do our best to help you. In the email include:
- A photo of the damaged product.
- The order number or email address you used to place your order.
Were you not completely satisfied with a purchase? You can easily exchange or return a product, within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.
The returned product must be intact.
The products must be returned to Gusto Products within the above period of 14 days, in perfect condition that allows them to be resold (in their original sealed packaging) and provided that they have not been used or opened or not have been altered in any way. Once we have received the return and checked their status, you will be able to make a purchase of equal or greater value or choose a refund which will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return.
Your return must be sent to the address listed on the Courier voucher you received. You will also find the address on our website, in the contact details.

In this case, contact us immediately so that we can prevent the change in time before sending your order. In other case, where your order is returned we will refund the amount of your order without shipping, which will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return.
