Dambi Uddo farm, in Ethiopia, is located in Shakisso province, in the Guji region. The coffee there is been caltivated next to honey and wood, by hand with no use of chemicals.
The result of this work that follows vrey strict enviromental criterial, is a specialty coffee, organically certified, scoring 86+ SCA and GRADE 1-Q1, representing the highest level of quality for an Ethiopian specialty coffee
