Granita dosage in a granita maker (Creates 25 to 30 300ml drinks) :
300 litres of water (300 g of 300 g of juice per 300 g of juice)
1 litre of granita
250ml of liquid sugar syrup special barista classic ( 1/3 of the package )
Dosage of granita in blender (individual quantity) :
7 ice cubes
70ml of granita product ( 1 cup of espresso )
30ml of special barista classic liquid sugar (½ cup of espresso)
