Gusto Filosofia is a premium espresso blend, designed for those seeking top quality, a balanced flavour and consistent performance with every extraction. The predominant Arabica variety offers a refined aromatic character, pleasant acidity and a fruity, floral aftertaste, whilst the carefully considered addition of Robusta provides a rich body, thick crema and subtle earthy notes.
The beans are sourced from plantations in Brazil, Guatemala, Colombia and Costa Rica, creating a multi-dimensional flavour profile that harmoniously combines
sweetness, intense aromas and a full-bodied flavour. The medium roast (Medium Roast) brings out the coffee’s natural balance, releasing aromas of chocolate, floral notes and a smooth, long-lasting aftertaste.
The nitrogen-flushed packaging seals in the freshness, the natural oils and the aromas of the beans until the moment it is opened.
To bring out the full flavour profile, it is recommended that the pack be opened approximately 24 hours before use, so that the necessary degassing process can be completed and its aromatic profile can be fully revealed.
